Seattle Pride Hockey Training Ice Hockey
Seattle Pride Hockey Association is launching a new Seattle Pride Hockey Training, partnering with UW Women's Hockey and an athletic trainer, with Justin Rogers, Seattle Kraken asst. athletic trainer, as our athletic trainer for the Saturday, April 6 date!
The two starting dates are:
Saturday, April 6 - 3:00 PM- @ Olympicview Arena- Saturday, June 22 - 3:00 PM - @ Olympicview Arena
The training will offer:
- 45-minute off-ice fitness + nutrition educational session with an athletic trainer.
- 90-minute on-ice drills + training with coaches Mel Harrow and Lisa Zeppieri from UW Women's Hockey, goaltender coaches, and members of the team.
