Welcome to the Pride Skate with Buoy hosted by Seattle Pride Hockey Association at Kraken Community Iceplex. The Pride Skate is scheduled for Sunday, June 11, 2023, from approximately 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Buoy will skate for approximately 30-45 minutes between the hours of 5 PM - 6 PM. The Pride Skate is complimentary for Seattle Pride Classic 2023 participants and their guests. All participants and their guests ages 18+ wishing to participate in the Pride Skate must register prior to stepping onto the ice. If you have anyone in your party under 18, please indicate the total number during your registration. Upon arrival at the Pride Skate on Sunday, all individuals will be required to physically sign a waiver along with a parent/guardian for those under 18.

To prevent injury to self and others, Seattle Pride Hockey Association asks that you follow some basic rules:

• You are skating at your own risk.
• Seattle Pride Hockey Association cannot and will not be held responsible for personal property, damage, or injuries to self or others
• Double-runner blades are not allowed on the ice at any time
• Scooters, skating aids and skate rentals are not included with participation in this Pride Skate but may be rented from Kraken Community Iceplex for an additional cost
• Skaters may not race each other or skate excessively fast due to a risk of injury to self and/or others
• No equipment (cones, bars, sticks, pucks, balls, walkers, etc.), street shoes, food, or drinks are allowed on the ice
• PLEASE- NO CARRYING CHILDREN ON THE ICE
• PLEASE- NO JUMPING OR SPINNING ON THE ICE
• PLEASE- NO SKATING BACKWARDS OR WEARING MORE THAN ONE (1) EARBUD

Seattle Pride Hockey Association reserves the right to remove any skater at any time if deemed unsafe to themselves and/or other skaters.
